Looking for a telescope that I can use for teaching cub scout astronomy belt loop. These kids are 6~7 years old. So we're going to be looking at planets, the moon... bright things and it needs to be fast and easy, i was thinking a mak would fit this well.

So I've been trying to decide between a few on Amazon.

-Orion tabletop 90 mak ($229)
-celestron 90 mak spotting scope ($255)
-skywatcher 90(sold out currently) or 102 ($272)
-bresser 100 mak($228)
-SvBony 105 ($275)

Also there's a sarblue 70mm mak($199)

I wouldn't mind using it to try my hand at some planetary/Galaxy photography.

the 4.5” starbast would be perfect. Cheap, easy to setup, decent on the planets and moon. Really good choice for this i think. An upgrade would be a 6” newt but that’s a bit out of the skill capacity for 6-7 years old imo. I may be wrong.
