untracked?
tracking is what allows the camera to couteract the earth rotation
if you only have the camera and a tripod then you're untracked
You need a separate device that rotates your camera
They go for around $450 iirc
The most common ones are the Skywatcher Star Adventurer 2i Pro Pack and the iOptron Skyguider Pro

im just a teen trying to learn about astronomy more. i dont think i will be able to buy all that gear
you can start untracked too, results won't be as good but it's better than nothing
