I want to do astrophotography with my Canon EOS 450D.
The camera came with a 18-55mm kit lens and because I currently have a tracking mount this lens wasn't enough. I have searching for second hand 300mm zoom lens.
After a bit of searching I have found these lenses:
-
Sigma Autofocus 100-300mm f/4.5-6.7 DL (50€)
-
Tamron AF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 LD. It comes with a UV - IR filter (70 €)
So my question is: Are these suitable lenses for starting astrophotography, and will they work on a Canon 450D?
