I want to buy this scope for planetary observation and it seems well priced and like a good scope overall. is it worth it? i have a starquest mount from my other scope so i think i can mount it on that

I only used a 8 inch dob and a 6 incg newton on M13 and its a pretty big difference

A 3X or a 2X will do the job it just really depends on your eyepiece collection and which ones do you wanna use/buy

Eyepieces: I'd recommend using a 10mm with a 2x barlow than use a 5mm. The 5mm will be very hard to look through
