First time using starX and it definitely works better than starnett. I didn’t manage to get the image I wanted since the workflow I used to love now is useless.
The image was taken at a ski resort which at 1800m above sea level and bortle 3/4 skies.

So clean!
How do you get access to a ski resort overnight? Keep the bear bangers handy?
Thanks!! There’s a free access parking which makes a perfect spot for astroing
Ohh good find.
Bears “unfortunately” are no problem, here in Spain they’ve been hunted till near extinction
Absolutely, 15 min car drive
Ah that's sad. They're everywhere here in the Canadian Rockies along with cougars and such.
Like your rig shot there. Peace and quiet looking up. Can't beat it.
@bitter crag could i have a crack at the data? looks like some fun data! if thats ok (:
Sure! I’m out for the day but tonight I’ll share it
Man how the hell do I share the data? too big for discord
Uhh, upload it into Google drive and share the link to the drive or through like wetransfer id somehow glol

Yep worked great thanks!
@bitter crag this data was soo good, didnt even take long to process! really loved them diffraction spikes at first, but like your comparison of Starnet and StarX, the diffraction spikes didnt get removed into the starmask, so they came out overly blue, but heres my 2 processes! SHO and a HOO sorta look
Love it! That blue color looks amazing
Give it a try to the data I uploaded of LDN914
at 20h is way cleaner
