Hmm seems alright
The nexstar SLT telescope series are pretty good from I've seen/heard
Okay, so because i'm on a budget of 1000 - 1200 dollars this is perfect for me because the celestron ce6 is just too expensive for me.
the scope is good but only really capable of planetary
Yea you've got 1500mm focal length, thisbis like galaxy focal length stuff
Planetary suits better
Are there any telescopes with SkyAligh which have a focal length below 1500 mm and also are below 1500 dollars?
Oh and also with a apeture more than 102 mm
Hey um
Is this telescope good for deep space and planetary?
Sky-Watcher Virtuoso GTi 150P Tabletop GoTo Dobsonian
I saw this many times on youtube and in some online shops but is it actually good?
better for visual and planetary imaging but yeah in theory it's usable for ap but very very limited
Yea that's pretty good
I have it and it is fantastic for planetary. Image was taken using a ZWO 120 MC and a 3x Barlow. I wouldn’t recommend it for deep space astrophotography, as the Alt-Az mount limits you to take 15-25 second exposures, but it’s fine sor visual
Well i am looking for a telescope which is good for both
Or atleast good for planetary and mid for deep space
planetary and deep sky have different requirements in telescope setup.
Planetary needs high focal length and magnification and deep sky doesnt nessesarily need much
have a look at 8 inch dobsonians
I know but i think 1000 mm focal length is good for planetary and mid for deep space
I took this photo of Saturn with 750 mm
I have a camera which has a magnification of a 6 mm eyepiece and i used 2x barlow lens
yea thats good
So would a 1000/750 mm focal length telescope with an apeture of atleast 6" be good for both?
sure
Alright, thanks
I found a 6" telescope with 1000 mm focal length already but the problem is i don't know how to allign the polar thingy
I mean i never bought it but i saw some videos on yt
It looked complicated
nah it's really easy and for visual it doesn't have to be spot on
