Hey Guys so recent stacked images I took (duration 4+ hours) have had a lot of noise, red noise, and I have no idea how to remove them. any suggestion on what I can do.
I do a BG extraction and auto stretch the histrogram.

20 flats
20 Dark flats

SiriL has a noise reduction function in the latest release, but it's really only suitable for monochrome images as color ends up looking blotchy or with artifacts in my testing. The best way is going to be NoiseXterminator by Russel Croman, but of course it's a paid plugin for Photoshop. Also I used to use masks in Photoshop paired with color and luminance noise reduction in camera raw, using multiple masks to denoise only the noisiest areas and using blending to transition it.
