What's the scope? The pixels on the 585 are quite small so depending on the scope it may need very accurate tracking

Your pixel scale would be quite small at .8"/px, you would be limited to planetary and lucky imaging

Lucky imaging would be hard and with planetary i would get bored soon so yeah

Maybe DSO's would be possible?

A new rig would help more than the camera for sure, but you need a considerable budget to star off well
