I would not say it is a horrendous image. At the end of the day, you captured an obvious image of the Andromeda Galaxy & M110 & M32.
This was a quick stretch. Was this an untracked image? There seems to be a but of star trailing.
Flat, bias & Dark frames are very important. I am not sure how much they would have enhanced this image. Perhaps would have taken some noise out of it.
I would say you need more data too though. I am guessing this is less than 1 hour?
Very nice! Yes, it's untracked. How did you manage to get rid of the redness in the picture? That looks very good, in my opinion! I think that was 200x2s
