Dobsonian is just the type of mount. You can just get a quality OTA and buy a cheap mount. Mount doesn't matter that much for Planetary.

Not necessarily. Personally, I don't have experience with any Orion products so don't take my opinion to a great extent. But, this 4.5in newtonian is on an EQ type mount and I believe like 50 bucks cheaper atleast.

But, if you want a dob, a tabletop dob always works.
