even if you do everything right, if you shoot in light pollution gradients will get through. As for the artefacts that seems to be walking noise that you can rid of with dithering
Any dslr filters that could help with the light pollution? I'm working on guiding and dithering
calibration frames?
did you use calibration frames? yeah for light pollution you can use optilongs filters but however they are known for their halos on stars. Antlia's filters should be better at that
however this looks like stray light and light pollution

Also how does it work with just a dslr and lens?
filters? for telescopes you can get one to screw right in between, for lenses I believe you can get clip-in filters
