Are second-hand Omegon h-alpha, SII and OIII worth it?

Found on a forum someone selling them together for 200 euros.
The seller mentions that the OIII filter causes halo on longer than 60s exposures.

For 3 nb filters that’s a pretty good price, as for the quality of the filters themselves I can’t really say
