The starblast will provide better views and images than the skyscanner, although if you want to go used you can try to find a 6" dobsonian telescope which has almost double the light gathering power of the 4.5" Starblast
Even better 8" Dobsonian
The 8" is referring to the size of the mirror
The Starblast is 114mm/4.5"
