Where to ask about MSYS2 UCRT64 GCC using extremely wrong codegen? (compared to stock Linux GCC) | MSYS2 | Page 1

Hey all, I've been able to verify that MSYS2's build of GCC results in terrible codegen compared to the same version in Godbolt, and same with https://winlibs.com/ . I don't have an idea how to be of help, but it's fairly easy to reproduce. Any ideas how to report it, or what could be the issue with it?

We're waiting to have the MinGW builds back up at CE, that way we can have before/afters
