but you can do it if it's for everyday playing in the overworld
it may be easier in the beginning because nilou has much bigger hydro aoe
but in the end game, nilou wants to be in a purely hydro and dendro team for maximum damage

kazuha and kokomi makes playing ayaka a lot more comfortable, also they go a long way to solving ayaka's dps-loss-through-enemies-unfreezing problems

ayaka has extremely high damage in her burst, but the area and duration is small. If enemies are able to wander out of her aoe or she's not able to enjoy the full blizzard strayer 4pc bonus for the entire duration, ayaka will experience dps loss. Her high cost and long rotation means in between burst ayaka team has somewhat low damage and you'll have to battery and reposition, regroup enemies for her next burst.

ayaka doesn't need kokomi in every situation, you can use mona or barbara and absorb hydro with kazuha to keep enemies frozen. But this does require more skill and positioning on your part
one of the abyss environment where ayaka havers feel they really want kokomi and kazuha is the current abyss floor 12 with rifthounds
they teleport a lot, right out of ayaka's burst if you don't keep them frozen permenantly, and they're also very tanky and a lower-investment ayaka especially may need multiple rotations for the entire floor (3 waves of enemies)
but it's still really early for your account!!!
