[FABRIC] Launchpads

There are not many mods for launchpads, yet the concept is something that is simple and fun. It has many use cases, for example creating a boat race on ice that launches the boats up in the air, or making some parkour challenges... I also like how it looks natural to vanilla, so the launchpads don't look out-of-place a lot.
