Examples for possible feats:

Specific spell-related feats:
Choose a spell to give +1 level to.

For Paladins only: Divine Smite +2/3 level.

For other subclasses, such as Necromancer:
Raise Dead +x level or for other similar spells that summons undead minions.

Dual Wielding change:
Instead of giving +1 Attack Damage, grant all of their effects, apoth as well, at 50% effectiveness.

New feats:
Two-handed feat, buffing your damage, range & attack speed when you wield a two-handed weapon.

Toughness change:
Instead of being a one-time +2 hearts, make it a level scaling heart change, giving +2 hearts per level, just like the constitution modifier at level 2. Could be even higher.

Scaling feats:
Perhaps make static feats, such as the ones that give ´+x something, a way for them to scale per level. In example: Savage attacker, giving +0.5 extra attack per level.

Unique class-exclusive feats:

Such as the Paladin only thing for Divine Smite, classes having feats available to them and only for them, would make it more fun and let folks play into the class fantasy.

Melee-only feat: Getting a feat that lets Attack Damage scale per level or per point of strength. +0.25-0.5 per strength/level. Caps out at +5-10 damage

You fight well in your armor. Gain +x% Attack Damage per point of Armor. Allows for Melee scaling.
