Bard is honestly the worst class in the pack, full stop.

Bard's current gimmick is "play extremely poor midi files to give bufs to allies"... but has no unique armor, no jewelry for buffs, no spellbook, and no weapons.

and you don't even get those buffs until the fate

so you sit around doing nothing without much build scaling until you have the fate
