this does not work well with modded items, i've tested and got plenty of crashes and a lot of items not even rendering

I tested it here on the latest version of the modpack, and it works well. The only issue is that sometimes the weapon renders in the inventory slot while you’re holding it in your hand, but using auto-attack fixes it immediately. It worked well with Simply Swords.
