I think they included multiple links because those other two just addons for base Valkyrien Skies for more ease of use
"Eureka" just streamlines the base mod a bit, and "Clockwork" adds a handful of functional blocks that tie into VS
at least, that's what I'm gathering from these pages

As much as I love these mods. They would not fit the Prominence II style, and overall the mods aren't meant for survival, even though they are functional in it.
