For fire dps, use either A'zhar for spellblade playstyle or Evakar for caster. Evakar is incredibly strong right now, Fire Wall melts especially bosses with larger hitboxes

i have no idea what you mean by that, but to build a magic build, you need fire robes, mageseeker hat, the proper enchants, etc
