It would clutter the server heavily and people often help each other in the channels of the modpacks, staff or not. Cause there's a lot of common issues that people know how to fix or temporary work arounds for the time being, plus it allows people to search back themselves. The ticket system makes a new channel each time there's a ticket made that gets closed after being completed, but it still would be impossible to do so with how many modded projects there are in this server. if it was just 1 modpack that wasn't really popular it wouldn't be as bad, the server is very populated and large for what it does.
