There's a number of reasons why not, most especially as we already have the Adventure module from Zenith that could do this, but also no. There'd be trivialization of the pack's features because of, well, enchanted items being dropped.
It's possible there's no limit as to what the item could be, anyways, and it would be a bit ridiculous regardless.
Also, "Infernal Mobs" doesn't really fit the pack, in her opinion.
