pufferfish skills having config issue's

FYI this is indeed a modified version of Prom 2 as I've been tweaking with making it work with a few custom mods and some that are in beta. I've checked the logs for those mods and they don't seem to be causing this. My guess is, I am probably missing some depencies or something of a config that is contradicting or missing for it to activate properly
