Curious Question on Luck

Would you happen to know if Luck would play a factor in this thus rewarding players a little bit, as per normal, if they level luckiness? Asking this because I know someone else will at some point, but I too am curious.

it felt like i’d find more tomes

i also felt like luck used to give me more mob drop tomes but

there's no mention of it in the config
