It might not just be the nether, actually. Zombies and Zombified Piglins definitely both have this effects. I can at least get rid of the annoying sounds by turning off ambient/environmental sounds in the settings, but I'd rather just disable this effect entirely. If anyone knows where it's coming from, let me know. I've been searching through the configs, finding nothing
