Placing a redstone torch under a block that's under a redstone device wouldn't power the device (gold doors--->doors not locked)

Their redstone logic is mega dumb.
I could attempt a workaround but could tank performance.. that's the thing when adding hacks

Also one of the gold doors flips the texture when opend
