Strange crash with map atlas (1.19 forge)

Ok so first, all maps from all dimensions randomly at some indeterminate point in time merged into 1, then I tried to get a new atlas and it crashed. Now whenever I open an atlas I get this crash

of note is that I tried deleting and redownloading and it didn't work.
