WHAT IS A DAO?
- The Star Atlas Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) is the governance mechanism for the Star Atlas metaverse. Through the DAO, players and stakeholders can influence the development and policies of the game, as well as control the treasury. Governance within the Star Atlas DAO is facilitated by the POLIS token.
HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?
- Holders of POLIS can stake their tokens to gain voting power, enabling them to participate in decision-making processes that affect the game's future. The amount of voting power is determined by both the quantity of POLIS staked and the duration for which they are locked, encouraging long-term commitment from participants.
