why is it so hard to get a vells heart

i been having a pre order up on the central market for months plus i attend every vells event and go to vells every wednesday and sunday. I still have yet to get a vells which is making me want to quit the game i can't make any progression as a new/returning player without a vells heart im stuck with my ators power stone that i had since i first ever played the game since 2021 we need better percentages on drops rates or higher the percentage on which the vells drops. No new player/returning player wants to wait years for a drop. It make people burn out and not want to play anymore

khan heart is gated as you need a guild to do it and im not in a guild i play alone i should not be forced to join a guild to get one

thats a waste of money for a new and returning player as khan heart only give 1Ap upgrade which cost 8 billion to buy a new and returning player wont have that money

yeah and thats what i mean waiting 6 month to a year for 1 ap upgrade is not worth the time and hours people play and put into the game

and im going on like maybe a year on waiting idk if i wanna wait anymore which is why i made the post. Trust i dont comnplain at all i never even talked in this discord i just play the game to have fun, and i dont mind waiting but when i leave the game for 6 months come back and grind 3 more months and still aint get my pre order filled it so draining making me not want to play

it might also be cuase it seems like NA player really dont play this game i see more EU people streaming and playing the game way more then any NA player

exactly thats what im saying at least for NA since there really no player base they need to make the vells a lil bit easier or they need to merge servers NA/EU

NA has more pvpers typically, so pve items are usually more starved there than they would be on say EU or KR

Vells on EU typically sell within 3 months at most of a Pre order

i just might have to start over on EU

and im also seeing alot of NA player switch to EU cause ya have a good market
