I'm new to this game and I'm level 33 I was wondering what's the best way to level up fast?

Follow the main story. It will level you up, give you a lot of free items and gear, and give you a good overview of the game world and introduction to the regions

I agree with Minarya! Following the main story is best. Working through the main story in order through Mediah will get you to level 60. Also at 60 you can check out the Olvia Academy which will help explain a lot of content such as life skills and introductory combat mechanics. The free rewards along the way are excellent as well so you don't feel behind in content

I read through the main story all the way to end of dreighan/kama on my first play thru back in 2022.
