I'm a new player and I''m unsure what server to pick. Do the seasonal ones mean my character resets? Can I move my character after I already chose a server?

Pick the noviceseason server
Novice are servers only for new players and returne so it's pretty chill
and season server always have a xp boost 
(but since we also have an xp event idk if it matter that much rn)
