You should be able to start DEC tuvala task from Fughar (Velia)
Enhance PEN Tuvala weapon -> DEC Tuvala weapon = exchange for PEN Blackstar weapon
Enhance PEN Tuvala armor-> DEC Tuvala armor= exchange for TRI Slumbering armor
Enhance PEN Tuvala accessory-> DEC Tuvala accessory= exchange for TET Khazard Belt

Then you can get Full PEN Boss armors from current Season pass

For accessories, Jetina accessory is very difficult because lack of Magical Shards
But from Season you can get more PEN Capotias

For pushing forward via silver:
Buy DUO/TRI Slumbering armors
Buy TET Disto earrings as stepping stone before expensive TET/PEN Deboreka accessories
PEN Crescent rings are okay to go for as rings aswell
For Alchemy stone use current stones you have and aim for Vell heart

Artifacts = Kabua (pretty expensive)
