if i move my mouse to fast/flick i get these micro stutters every few cm, tried lowering dpi, re installing, switching to cores, sensitivity in game changes i honestly have 0 clue how to fix this..

apparently this has been a bug in BDO forever, but yea... I had it like 2 years ago then it poofed away and now it's back lmao

Best you can do is overlock the cpu to get more out of it but then again the 3600 not very good overlocker. I really don’t think you can much more then you alrdy have.
Could look into upgrading to a 5600x and get a big upgrade and remove them stutters you have and would be pretty cheap and not have to do any major upgrades. I believe most 3600 boards with a bios update can support the 5600 and ever 57-5800s.
