I'm watching a video, but drop progress is not showing up, the video audio is playing.

Ok, and its on the active tab of your browser? And you have the PA account connected to twitch?

Does the progress stay at 0, or is it just not showing a progress bar?

it's not showing any progress

Are you sure the streamer is using the right category? And did you try another browser, maybe twitch is just messing up

and a number of different streamers, seems as though twitch drops generally are having troubles
