Ok imo it's not worth resetting whole account just for t10 horse change. Pegasus is nice but on land doom is faster and it's not bad horse at all. With time you will probably strive to get all 3 anyways and it won't matter at all
Doom is a great choice horse still. Sure it can not fly but it has 3 rd instant acceleration. It's the fastest horse you can have on land and it also allows you to be a party player and summon 2 additional horses for people you play with
We have camp tuvala guild dedicated to helping new and returning players if you would like to join us for more guidance for whatever you might need. But believe me it is not worth resetting the whole account over the horse choice especially if you spent money on the account and actually like your characters
As for tier 9 that you deleted you can write a support ticket for that and they will restore it for you

For the Tier 9 I am already on it, and for the T10 yea some are telling me you will eventually end up getting all 3 anyway for the swap thing. Its just I am doing all the early game stuff for a good foundation, which includes questing the whole main story and also getting the permanent stat stuff...and yea feels bad

Doom is top choice horse for a looot of people. I wouldn't feel bad at all
It's really really great horse
And you liked it's look and picked it for that
Just enjoy it as is and you can take Pegasus as t9 and work on that first in the future

Yea I just saw what u need to grind for the T10 and with the chance of getting a T10 horse, failing 30 times to just get it safe...materials gated behind weeklies...^^

A lot of mats are given away for free, and don't worry about it too much, even though the doom is the worst out of the three, a t9 pega or dine will get you around extremely well as well.
I wouldn't start over, if you just do the weeklies, dailies and check in on events, you'll get one in no time!
