Please help. I know what to aim for in terms of each slot, but I don't know what priority order I should place them in. Way too many things to upgrade, can't decide what to do first.
Currently farming at Honglims comfortably. 800-900m/hr. Playing Awk Wiz, i just didnt know how to switch class in gear planner

Too switch class in gear planner.
Your gear wheel is a bit odd since you have c6 and Sov but only TET BS mainhand. My suggestion.
Get a DEC Tuvala Belt and convert it into a TET Khazarad (This will give you +3AP). Cost is -9B for Dawns + ~3B for JIN Crystal.
Then get a TRI earring Khaz (another +3AP). Cost is ~12B in total + ~3B JIN crystal.
In total that's about ~27B but since you have 18B already this will be reasonable increase as you wait for Dawns on the MP.
Could also ignore the JIN Crystals if your scarpping for silver, but I suggest doing that as you make each Khaz to save the effort.

how do people get enough dawns quickly? preorder is near impossible and I get like 1 crystal per hour at honglim

Put up a preorder for 10 and just wait while you grind.
Use to be a bit easier when they first drop but w/ low drop rate and EVERYONE needing them it's currently scarce.

I'm also assuming that you've done all the AP/DP journals (9AP and 9DP total)
If you're missing any then go do those, it will save cost on the khaz upgrades for hitting certain brackets.
