Characters knowledge

hey guys, i have 24 complete tabs in characters,but still not the full thing obtained, on bdo codex there is a tab called "People of the Crow" but has no info, on bdolytics it says its an imperial crafting delievery manager, which i imagine was added recently, but still no info about npc, i went to crows nest and looked everywhere couldnt find anything, does anyone have any info? would like to have all knowledge completed

I've heard that some knowledge is only attainable by leaving a character to read a bookshelf. Unfortunately I have no clue what knowledge those might be since I just heard about it recently.

If there is no knowledges in codex, then it cannot be obtained since there is nothing to obtain.

Devs adds data of some knowledges to the game that cannot be obtained. So they are left in databases and game files. Bdocodex and bdolytics collect information from game files and so it also collects info that cannot be obtained or used in reality

so in other words i cant make the characters section turn blue. my ADHD wont be able to take it.
