im a bit overwhelmed by all the information i googled online for classes, idk what to pick really..people say "X character is not as good as Y character for DPS in pve vs pvp" etc. so im sorta just uh lost

from what i heard it seems the game can get really grindy, so ideally i'd want a class thats like...i guess super good all around

and safe

from like getting gutted or something by a patch, while still being super good

zerker is great overall in pvp and pve and rarely gets nerfed

but class balancing is not anything that can be predicted really, and there are so many opinions about class balance that answering your question is going to have many different opinions

youre going to eventually just settle in on the class you enjoy the most

the class with the key inputs you like best, the one that looks nice animation wise, sometimes gender matters too

the others were telling me awk nova or succ lahn, and then one said succ lahn is less APM but seems to have less utility for pvp and pve in terms of stuns and mob aggro, along with harder in pvp?

succ lahn is a great starter class for sure! reatty ratty playstyle since she is very squishy compared to the other classes

awk lahn has a great ranged grab for pvp, succ usually is best for grinding

#

awk nova is super fast and great in AOS but a lot of buttons to press too

#

every class is going to have good points and challenges

succ lahn would be the closest thing to AFK grinding that you can get

zerker you can also get away with just like, holding five buttons down and not moving for the whole hour and just use your mouse to change your directions lol

idk zerker combos though but i had a guild member who did that for the entire hour at manshaums just held the buttons down for the entire hour and when he quit his hand was all cramped up LOL

hmm okay, so...nova has more pvp capability and slightly more pve capability than succ lahn, but is like full attention required type of grind rotation

i love her, much less ratty than lahn i do much better with her in pvp now

lahn if you get knocked down thats basically it for you

maegu can get up and reengage or disengage easily

i would really just make a nova since that seems like you are learning towards, then do some AOS with her

complete a season

then do a couple more classes

oh yeah for sure, i had my run with maplestory so i know the feeling to a certain extent lol

and uh cadena was by far the hardest class to main and grind with by a long shot

so i wouldnt worry too much about class choice right now, because there are many ways to change your classes, we have coupons to change classes and a tag system which duplicates your gear
