So uh like the title, i have an account i made awhile ago, and never used and so i wanted to delete it to start fresh with. And i had the one account set for deletion, but when launching the game through steam, it wouldn't let me choose the option to log in to a different account on the launch. So i just canceled the deletion for now, and decided to just deal with that another time. Now i have the issue of not being able to log into the older account because the new one i made uses the same email to log in. And i didn't have the chance to make a character so i don't have any info like that to make a ticket on the support area of the website.
For now, because i want to play with a friend, unless i can get it fixed soon, i'm just gonna try making a character and see how it goes even tho i can only play on the older account which i can't log into at all 🥲
Can anybody help me figure out/get this sorted out?

you will need to put in a ticket for that, we wont be able to help you here since we cannot access your personal account
just be sure to be clear and thorough in your ticket, im hopeful things will be sorted out quickly since its not the weekend

how do you make the ticket? i looked on the website to make an inquiry but it needed info about my character etc that i don't have cause i didn't have one yet, and there wasn't anything for it yet
