When I try to collect my twitch drops from the PA website it says I must create a character, but ive had my acct since 2017 and im just returning. When I returned I had to confirm my account on the PA site to access it again so i know its somewhat connected. I cant find anywhere on the site or google how to connect steam to PA website acct tho.

Did you login to the webstorage with your Steam account? If you did, you just claim the twitch drops there and then forward them to the server you want them in.
