My main account is on the launcher.
I also got BDO on steam (albeit with 0 progress.)
With my main account I usually only life skill. Recently I got ROG ally and got interesting in downloading the steam version there to play while my character does cooking/alchemy.

So, what I'm understanding here is that you want to play 2 different accounts on the same internet connection on 2 different computers right? If so, yes, you can without getting banned. I play on Steam and my fiancé plays on launcher and we live together.
