Keyboard randomly stalls.

Hey everyone! I saw one other post like this but there was only a single reply suggesting Game Mode be turned off, which hasn't worked for me...

So here's the issue! When BDO is loaded (recently) - and only BDO has this issue - the keyboard will randomly stall out maybe once every minute or two, for 6 or 7 seconds at a time. The rest of the game works fine. Mouse works fine. I can attack, or trade. If I'm tabbed out I can be browsing. But the keyboard won't respond, and then finally it will spam out whatever I'd been typing all at once in a big mess.

In game this means I get stuck running in a random direction, or stall out trying to type up a search on the market, I can't mount/dismount, etc. It's unplayable, basically.

I run Windows 10, intel i7-13700k, with 64gb RAM on a 2TB Samsung SSD, plenty of free space, and a Nvidia 3080ti.

My keyboard is a hard-wired Razer Huntsman v3 analog.

Issue occurs both at max settings and in potato-mode.

Where do I even start to try and troubleshoot this???

Just to elaborate, this seems to be exclusively a keyboard issue, and it happens even if the game is minimized to tray. The rest of the system is working normally, but the operating system just randomly stalls out accepting keyboard input while BDO is launched.
