G'day. My main is Succ Sorc (306AP 308AAP, 422DP) and I PvE (not PvP). I just purchased 2 Kabua artifacts and am looking to soon add a suitable set of lightstones. I understand the need for AP over DP, so I am looking at the Deathblow, all-out-attack or Vicious shadow sets as the BiS offensive options.
Q. are these the best options?
Q. what factors should I consider to decide which one to build?

All-Out-Attack is generally the best because it has the best offensive stats which are generally better in PvE. Deathblow is best only on summon or pet user classes because those have by default 0% crit chance on their own.
