I have the game on steam since I was living in the MENA region, Now I'm back to US, can I just switch region or I must rebuy the games?

you can try to message support to change the regions but if you have actively played on MENA before you will likely have to re-buy the game

depends on what actively means, I played for a day or two, I don't think I exceeded 10h

I mean if you have Prime just get the prime code and get the game via website - anyway recommend to play via web launcher Peek
