Hello, I tried to reform my TET giath that I got through season exchange. but when I open the reform window it does not show as a reformable item. I tried to enhance it with caphras then extracted the caphras. I also tried to enhance it normally and failed so now I have agris on it 2/35. could someone tell me why I can't use the boss armor reform stone to enhance it?

because Jetina gear will not have agris stat in it
you need to exchange your Giath with Jetina into correct item

Take it to her and see if she has a quest to change your Helen's 'status', so to speak

no I got everything through jetina if I remember correctly... the thing is I can't list my Giath on the market but it does not have the "reform level" writing as my other boss armor gear...

If they were the Jetina version I dont believe you would have even been able to try enhancing them

it's my first character (non seasonal) and I did 2 more seasinal characters that I graduated
now that I think about it I don't know how I got 3 boss gear...

If you have Pen Tuvala gear on a non seasonal , you should be able to exchange those for the reformable gear with Jetina

well I either gave them to my main character or exchanged them
I don't remember how I got the giath helmet tho I'm pretty sure it was through jetina
also I didn't fully upgrade all tuvala on other characters cuz I needed one gear only so I graduated early when I got it

you should always get your gear fully pen before graduation.
no reason not to
but check your storage, or inventory on other characters and see if maybe the reformable jetina gear in one of those spots

And there was a box you get from the current event. After getting a seasonal to 60 you get a box full of boss armor and capotia accessories

Unequip the gear and just have it in your inventory and then see if theres an option to exhange it with jetina.
