Might be the same issue as Sycraia. The Game also loads or tries to load mobs above ground because they are close enough.

The more friendly answers would be that you will need to look at guides for windows/nvidia options in control panel to optimize for that game.

The unfriendly answer is that there might be something going on with your cpu. You monitoring heat? is it OC'd? undervolted?

but easiest suggestion with hardware is to check thermal pasting on your cpu

btw if you check thermal pasting on cpu then you'll need to reapply thermal paste after clearing it. so don't do it unless you're ready to

Don't even consider your hardware being at fault. It's the game's fault. Nothing you can do. Whoever says otherwise is pure delusional.

The only thing you can do is wait for BDO2... that's all. The game needs a completely new engine at this point.
