How to wisely spend the silvers I got from hammer selling?

I just sold my hammer and I'm wondering what's the best way to spend the silvers I got.

Since I'm a klutz at deciding on my own (and when I do, I mess up) I thought about asking you guys that are way more experienced than me

I've made the PEN Griffon Helmet via Jetina (R5 to PEN)
I've made the Urugon's Shoes to R4 via Jetina
My plan was to buy PEN Bheg Gloves to have all armor to PEN.

I currently have a TET crescent ring from Jetina

I have 26.7bil, an amount I never ever saw/own before, what's your thought on how to spend them?
