Hello, I'm a new-ish player (~100 hours in, currently doing magnus questline) and i was just wondering how important a guild is in this game. I see a lot of stuff about guild bosses, and I guess my question is: am I missing out on a lot by not being in a guild? (I am kinda introverted & tend to just play solo in games like this for the most part.)

You may find guilds from #eu-guild-recruitment chat with recruiters and officers to see what sort of players they seek and offers
DO NOT join just any guild that randomly offers invites. Random guilds may be harmful for your gaming and mental

Check that they mention "chill / beginner / new friendly" and you should get good start

Guild bosses are now actually 300 mil minimium per boss, meaning you if you do all 4 guild bosses a week you get 1.2 bil per week from those alone. And then you can get lucky with the lightstones and the getting Rebellious Crystal or Crystals to make Rebellious.

Also an advantage is the raw stats it gives. 5% accuracy/evasion, +5 hidden Ap and Dp and 100Hp. And higher ranked Guildies can Pop Buffs like +40% Life exp gained for 2 hours or 10% bonus item drop rate. it also gives base gathering and fishing stats if your guild has those skills unlocked.
