I was wondering for the free blackstar, I have a wizard lvl 61 but I wanna graduate it and switch to dosa… will the black star only be for the wizard or can I switch?

You will be able to collect either a Main Weapon Box or an Awakening weapon Box once you meet all the requirements. After you claimed that, it gives you a weapon suitable for your class when you open the box.
So you could claim the Box on your current character and open it on your Dosa to get the correct weapon for that class
